Do you know a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical (Vocational) Nurse, or Allied Health Professional who should join Team Advantage? Refer them to us! If an RN fulfills a travel assignment or 200 hours of Per Diem shifts, we will pay a referral bonus of up to $500 to you and up to $500 to the travel RN referral. Additional information and criteria are listed below.
REFERRAL CRITERIA
- Clinicians and non-clinicians are eligible to be referrers and receive the referral bonus
- You do not have to be an active clinician with Advantage to submit an RN or Allied Health Professional referral.
- Submitted clinician referrals must be new candidates whom are NOT currently/formerly employed with Advantage Medical Professionals.
- Refer a friend by submitting your name, phone number, and email address in the contact form at the bottom of this page. You must include the contact information of the clinician you are referring to.
- $150 bonus to the referrer for each contract renewal (the referrer must have activity within last 18 months to be eligible for the $150 contract renewal bonus).
- “Activity” – One of their referred clinicians worked a contract OR the referrer is a clinician who has previously worked with us
RN REFERRALS
- Travel Registered Nurses (RN) must accept and and work the required minimum of 200 hours of their contract or 200 hours of Per Diem shifts within 180 days of submission in order for either party (the referrer and referred RN) to be eligible for the $500/$500 split.
- Once the clinician completes 200 hours of the assignment, the referral bonus will be issued to the referrer and the referred clinician (referral).
LPN/LVN REFERRAL
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) must accept and complete 200 hours of their travel/local assignment or 200 hours of Per Diem shifts within 180 days of submission in order to be eligible for the $250/$250 split.
- Once the clinician completes the required 200 hours, a $250 referral bonus will be issued to the referrer and a $250 bonus will be issued to the referral.
ALLIED HEALTH REFERRAL
- Allied Health professionals & Techs must accept and complete 200 hours of their travel/local assignment or 200 hours of Per Diem shifts within 180 days of submission in order to be eligible for the $250/$250 split (NOTE: select Allied Health roles are eligible for $500/500 split).
- Once the clinician completes the required 200 hours, a $250 referral bonus will be issued to the referrer and a $250 bonus will be issued to the referral.
