We are currently searching for a Social Media Recruiting Coordinator who is energetic, technology savvy, and self-starting to assist the company with sourcing talent via social media. This position requires a social media savvy person who can use Internet recruiting techniques on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of healthcare professional candidates for our recruiting team. This position may be located in Metairie or Covington, LA.

  • Strategically, build and navigate your book of business to bring in new leads and grow existing leads
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
  • Build a pipeline of candidates by maintaining a high volume of online calls, emails, advertising, networking, referrals, social media platforms.
  • Manage feedback from nurse candidates daily on all social media platforms
  • Managing multiple social media platforms and groups at once
  • Candidates must be proficient in MS Office, have excellent verbal/written communication skills, excellent time management demonstrate organizational skills, be self-directed
  • Work with senior leadership to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on performance against key sales and growth metrics
  • Be accountable for increasing new clinician acquisition at high rates of growth



  • One-year experience in high-volume recruiting or sales preferred. preferably in B2C sales with social media experience
  • Must be well versed in social media strategies and best practices. Must have experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and have interest in upcoming social media platforms
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree preferred with major in Marketing, Communications, Sales or Graphic Design
  • Successful track record of exceeding quota
  • Proven success with prospecting, developing leads, managing sales-cycles, and closing deals
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent relationships, anticipate change, adjust priorities accordingly, and work effectively as a team and independently
  • Self-starter comfortable with some ambiguity, possessing the ability to learn/ramp quickly, and highly determined to figure things out as you go
  • CRM experience preferred. (Salesforce, Pardot a plus)
