Clinical Retention Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic retention specialist to help us retain our core clinician base. This role will deal directly with our clinicians to explore what issues they are facing, how we may improve our processes and work opportunities, and how to retain their continued commitment to our company. A successful candidate should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for establishing nursing relationships. Ultimately, this retention specialist will be able to improve our clinician staff retention by creating lasting bonds with the clinicians.
Current unencumbered Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi Registered Nurse License or Current unencumbered Multi state registered nurse license
Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
1 year clinical supervisory experience. 2 years acute care hospital experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills, strong conflict resolution skills, advanced communication and interpersonal skills, ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Advanced organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of various software programs ( Excel, Outlook, Sales force, Contingent Talent Management)
Duties include but not limited to:
Communicating frequently with clinicians. Building strong, positive relationships
Gathering and analyzing clinician and client behavior, complaints and comments. Writing and presenting clinician behavior reports
Developing retention strategies
Working collaboratively with Director of Nursing for hiring, clinician evaluations, discipline, meeting The Joint Commission requirements for certification, and overall development of clinicians
Participation in all Advantage Medical Professional team and management meetings and organization development activities
Hours vary as this position is a salaried exempt position.
